a) Information You Provide Voluntarily
When you subscribe to our newsletter or download our free CPC Study Kit, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your name (if provided in the contact form)
This information is collected via WPForms and stored securely. We use it only to send you study resources, exam tips, and updates related to CPC exam preparation.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
b) Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, certain technical information is automatically collected:

d) Mock Exam and Quiz Results
When you complete a mock exam or practice quiz on ClearCPC, we collect the name and email address you provide, along with your score and exam responses. This information is stored securely on our servers and is used solely to display your results to you and to help us understand which topics site visitors find most challenging.
We do not use this data for marketing, do not share it with third parties, and it is accessible only to site administrators. If you would like your exam data deleted, contact us at support@clearcpc.com.
e) Information Stored in Your Own Browser
Some features save information directly on your device using your browser’s local storage. This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers and we cannot read it.
- Unfinished exam attempts. While you are taking a mock exam or practice quiz, your answers, any questions you have flagged, and the order the questions were shown in are saved on your device, so that a refresh, a closed tab or the browser Back button does not cost you your progress. This is deleted when you submit the exam, when you choose “Start over”, and automatically after 24 hours.
- Your most recent score, so that it can be shown to you again on a later visit.
- Interface preferences, such as dismissing a notice so that it does not reappear.
You can remove all of this at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for clearcpc.com. Doing so will also discard any unfinished exam attempt saved on that device.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send study resources, exam tips, and educational content you requested
- Improve our website content and user experience
- Understand which topics are most useful to our visitors
- Display relevant advertisements through Mediavine
- Prevent spam and protect website security
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information to:
- Sell or rent your data to third parties
- Send unsolicited marketing emails
- Profile you for non-educational purposes
4. Advertising

5. Google Analytics
On our mock exams and practice quizzes we also send Google Analytics anonymous events recording when an exam is started, answered, completed or abandoned, together with the score, the time taken, and which question and topic each answer related to. These events are not linked to your name or email address. We use them only to find out which questions and topics candidates struggle with most, so that we can improve them.
We use Google Analytics to analyse website traffic. Google Analytics collects data such as how long you spend on each page, which articles you read, and how you found our site. This data is anonymised and aggregated — we cannot identify individual users from this data.
To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Email Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter or download our free CPC Study Kit, your email address is stored securely and used to send educational content. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our email delivery service.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. Once unsubscribed, we will remove your email from all mailing lists within 10 business days.
We do not send spam. We do not share your email with third parties.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our website is hosted on Hostinger with SSL encryption (HTTPS). However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
